KorusConnect system is a web-based learning management and delivery system.
Learners can view the details of the Qualifications and Units of Competency currently enrolled in and courses completed in the ‘My Training’ tab. Learners can also access supporting documents, assessments and online courses associated with the courses they are registered in. Managers can view registrations into qualifications, courses and online courses as well as the status of progress in these for the employees who directly report to them.

This system is available 24/7 via an internet connection. The system is available on many platforms (i.e. Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox, Safari, Mobiles, etc). As the system requires the use of pop-ups to launch eLearning courses and complete some other common activities, you may need to enable pop-ups in your web-browser. Enabling pop-ups in browser in simple steps instruction will assist you to disable the pop-up blocker on the web-browser.

If you are a KorusConnect employee, and this is the first time you are logging into KorusConnect, your Username and Password will be your 7 digit employee number. If you are not a KorusConnect employee, please contact KorusConnect on 03 9811 0999. When accessing this site for the first time, you will need to change your password by clicking on the ‘Change Password’ tab in the navigation menu. Please read the Learner Guide which is located in Help for details about how to get started.

If you have forgotten your password please click on the “Lost Password” button and type your username (7 digit employee number) and the ‘code’ text. Click “Enter” and a password reset notification e-mail will be sent to you (this can take up to 30 minutes). Do not click on the “Enter” button repeatedly as this can cause delays in your password being reset.

You are able to edit your email address and contact phone numbers in your Profile tab under the My Account section. All other details are populated by payroll data and are not editable.
